1. My access to SIMConnect/MySIM App will be terminated after this request has been processed.

2. SIM will delete my personal records currently held by SIM, with the consequence (amongst others) that SIM will no longer be able to verify any SIM qualification awards which I have earned (if any).

3. SIM will not be able to provide any course-related information relating to my study at SIM, including course curriculum, financial transactions, statement of result, and letter of verification after this request has been processed.

4. If I am an existing student with SIM, I understand that I need to file a withdrawal from studies request and settle any outstanding course fees payable to SIM before this request will be processed.

5. The withdrawal of my consent is irrevocable and any deletion /anonymisation of my personal data is irreversible.

I understand that pursuant to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), SIM shall cease collecting, using or disclosing my personal data, unless such collection, use or disclosure is required or authorised under the PDPA or other written law (e.g. Private Education Act).

I understand and accept the consequences, and confirm the withdrawal of my consent for the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data. I agree that SIM shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage in relation to my withdrawal of consent hereto and that this withdrawal shall be subject to the laws of Singapore.
